Speaker: Laura Villafuerte is originally from Ecuador and moved to Germany when she was 18 to study International Management in Germany. After finishing her studies in 2014, she started working in HR for a multinational corporation in Germany and gained valuable insights into the HR world. In 2021 she founded CareerBee, where she uses her insider HR knowledge to help international talents find jobs in Germany.
