The workshop is designed to empower you to unlock your potential and navigate career development challenges in a healthier, more resilient way.
You will be introduced to key principles of positive psychology and will explore science based approaches and strategies for cultivating wellbeing and for building emotional resilience in diverse professional contexts - a key skill that is constantly growing in importance in our modern labor market.
This online workshop is free and open to all students of the FORTHEM Alliance and you can receive a certificate of participation upon request.
Anabella Beju is Senior Lecturer in Communication Sciences at the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and a psychologist currently training to be a psychoanalyst with the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Counselling Bucharest. Dr. Beju’s research interests and area of expertise include communication for social change and social justice, health and wellbeing communication with emphasis on equity, diversity and inclusion of marginalized groups, discourse and social trauma, discourse analysis and critical discourse analysis. In addition to her academic work, Anabella Beju is also actively involved in community development projects and programs as a board member and volunteer consultant.
