This online self-study course aims to guide you through three simple steps that will be essential in getting a job:

1. “Know yourself”: the first step is related to the need to know one's competences, both specific and transversal, personality characteristics and professional interests;
2. “Explore and define your goal”: In order to be able to orientate your career and set your goal, it is essential, on the one hand, to know your interests and motivations, as well as your strengths and where you can improve. On the other hand, it is essential to know what the employment market is interested in.
3. “Plan and act“: Finally, it is important that the person draws up a plan in order to reach his/her goal and implement it. This course outlines basic aspects of how to achieve this.
