In this workshop, we will develop strategies and techniques for searching for suitable jobs. You will get a good overview of the best channels and ways to find a job in an efficient way.

Objectives: Students will get to know the best platforms for their job search and learn how they can use the hidden job market to their advantage or when unsolicited applications can be useful. They will get a glimpse behind the scenes of the recruiting process and learn, which application channels employers use.

Speaker: Carolyn Litzbarski is a trainer, coach and counsellor. In addition to a Master's degree in Social Management, she is a certified systemic counsellor and stress prevention trainer. She works as an online coach on topics such as the application process, reorientation and conflict management.
