The theme of the seminar is conflicts and options for their more effective resolution. In the seminar we will talk about conflicts, their causes, types of conflicts and various conflict resolution strategies.

We will talk about the need to be aware of the sides of ones personalities traits in conflict resolution, meaning of ego states and temperament in communication and conflict resolution.

This online workshop is free and open to all students of the FORTHEM Alliance and you can receive a certificate of participation upon request.
