This seminar focuses on emotions, communication, and relationships and... all their “friends”, such as confl ict, relational styles, misunderstandings, and emotional dynamics. Students will explore how emotions infl uence communication, how relationships are built and challenged, and how everyday interactions can create connection or tension. The seminar combines refl ection, examples, and discussion, with attention to different cultural perspective.

This online workshop is free and open to all students of the FORTHEM Alliance and you can receive a certificate of participation upon request.

Corrado Tiralongo: 
Occupational psychologist, staff member at the Job Placement Offi ce at Università degli Studi di Palermo, specializing in soft skills development. He delivers extensive training in communication, interpersonal dynamics, and emotional competence within the university and in external professional contexts.

Laura Carter: 
Head of the Interpretation and Translation Unit at Università degli Studi di Palermo and expert in communication and language education. Her work focuses on the interplay between language, emotions, and relationships in intercultural and academic contexts.
