This interactive workshop helps participants bring more structure, clarity, and energy into their work or study routine. Using science-based mental fitness, time management, and energy tools, they learn how to stay focused, reduce stress, and prevent burnout without adding extra pressure. Participants will design their own productive daily structure and leave with practical strategies they can implement immediately for more balance, efficiency, and well-being.

The topic will be presented in an interactive workshop format. Throughout the workshop, you will have numerous opportunities to actively participate and contribute.

This online workshop is free and open to all students of the FORTHEM Alliance - regardless of their study program or academic progress - and you can receive a certificate of participation upon request.


Lecturer:

The workshop is led by Sarah Gläser, a certified Business & Mental Fitness Coach with over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. She has held regional and global roles in marketing, sales, and consulting, and now specializes in mental fitness, stress management, career clarity, and sustainable performance in high-pressure environments. Sarah is ICF-ACC certified and trained in Positive Intelligence, solution-focused coaching, and applied positive psychology. She supports professionals and students in building clarity, resilience, and effective self-management routines for long-term success.
