Über das Event

Whether in group projects, internships, or your first professional experiences – projects are everywhere. But how can you plan them efficiently, coordinate teams, and handle challenges with confidence? In this seminar, you will learn the most important project management methods to successfully manage your projects from start to finish. We will explore both classical and agile approaches, show you how to set clear goals, manage your time effectively, and identify risks early on. You will discover strategies to enhance team communication, address challenges proactively, and work in a structured, focused, and results-oriented way.

Students will…

  • ...learn how to plan projects with focus and implement them successfully.
  • ...understand how to manage time, resources, and team dynamics effectively.
  • ...become familiar with and apply the key methods of both classical and agile project management.
  • ...understand how to identify risks in projects early on and tackle challenges in a structured way.

Note: A PC, laptop, or tablet with a stable internet connection, as well as video and audio capabilities is needed to attend.

+ A safe learning environment is essential for the workshop, which includes the ability to see each other, just like in in-person events. Therefore, having your camera on is a requirement for this workshop.

The topic will be presented in an interactive workshop. Throughout the workshop, there will be brief presentations, followed by opportunities to test and discuss the concepts in small groups. In guided, hands-on exercises, you will be
able to reflect on your own experiences related to the workshop topic and gain new insights for your daily life. Afterward, all participants will receive detailed documentation.

This online workshop is free and open to all students of the FORTHEM Alliance - regardless of their study program or academic progress - and you can receive a certificate of participation upon request.
