Why do others land that exciting internship or job instead of me? Is it down to pure luck or do they benefit from knowing how recruiting decisions are usually made? We will help you with the answer…

In our workshop Career Hacks for Recruiting – How to Improve my Application?”, you will get a behind-the-scenes look at the work of HR personnel. You will discover which factors actually matter when recruiting and evaluating candidates, learn the key decision-making criteria of recruiters and executives – and how to use them to your advantage!

This way you can make your application materials stand out among all other candidates. With a well-crafted resume, a compelling cover letter, and a confident demeanor during the job interview, you will increase your chances of landing an internship, a working student position, or an entry-level role.

Benefit from your trainer’s over 20 years of top-management experience, as well as his practical firsthand insights on the topics of “Recruiting” and “Career”.

In our workshop you will…
